Shipping
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail, Tracked 48. We aim to pack orders and ship them within three days. If, however, there is going to be a delay on your order, we will either ring you or email you via the contact details you leave with us at the checkout.
Returns
If you have made a mistake in your purchase online of limited edition prints and greetings cards, we will happily accept the item being returned to us in its original condition and packaging. However, you are responsible for the return delivery costs. It will also only be the items you purchased that get refunded, not the outward shipping cost.
Original paintings and prints cannot be returned unless they arrive in a damaged condition.
Should a product arrive with you damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographs of the damage. We will then issue a refund or provide a replacement within ten working days. If the product was damaged in transit from us to you, we will also cover the postage should we require you to post it back to us. Please retain your postal receipt and send us a copy of it.
In all cases, we will require proof of the original purchase with either a physical or digital receipt and/or order number and you must notify us of a return or problem within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please email nsch@btinternet.com in advance to notify us of your intention to return an item so that we can assist you and assure a smooth transaction.
Please retain your returned postal receipt until you have heard from us that your return has arrived safely as we will need to see proof of this if we fail to receive your parcel.
We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued via the method you used for payment.
